Summary: The positives: Fantastic check in. The lady at the front desk was so nice! The property seemed very well taken care of. The negatives: The elevator was not working when I arrived. It was being worked on, so I had to take the stairs to get my things to my room. After the elevator was fixed, it was extremely shaky when going up or down in it. It didn't feel too safe. Usually a hair dryer is provided in hotel rooms, there was not one here. Also, the pillows are so thin! They definitely need to have at least a few firm pillows in the room.
